SOUTHERN GILIS
Enjoy an idyllic day in the Southern Gilis
Located just 45 minutes from Samara Lombok, the Southern Gilis, also known as the Secret Gilis, are a group of three small islands located off the southwest coast of Lombok, Indonesia. These islands are Gili Nanggu, Gili Tangkong, and Gili Sudak. Although less popular than the Gilis in the north of Lombok, the Southern Gilis offer a quieter and more secluded experience, making them perfect for travellers looking for a peaceful getaway.

Foundational works underway
The above photo showcases the latest villa construction progress at Samara Lombok. These are part of the 60 villas undergoing construction this year at both Samara Bay and Samara Hills.
HOSPITALITY HOTEL
Steel frames and roof are being installed
A boutique, 10-room Hospitality Hotel nestled within our 10-hectare Organic Gardens, the hotel is set amidst tropical landscaping with complete privacy overlooking our fruit and vegetable gardens.
The Hospitality Hotel will start life as a home for conservationists and educators helping give back to our sustainable mission towards community empowerment providing educational services and support to our Samara Lombok staff and hospitality school students.
The Hospitality Hotel will also act as a training centre for our hospitality school where students can enjoy practical work experience enabling them to finish their diplomas.
INFRASTRUCTURE UPDATE
Paving the roads from your doorstep to the beach
Significant progress has been made in the development of road infrastructure throughout Samara Lombok, with concrete roads across Samara Hills and Samara Bay nearing completion at 90%.
ENABLING WORKS
Before and after enabling works
We continue to make good progress on cutting flat pads on all plots throughout the site. These enabling works will make your plot immediately ready for villa construction.
MORE FLIGHTS TO SINGAPORE
Fly direct from Singapore
On May 1st, 2023 Scoot Airlines increased the frequency of their direct flights between Singapore and Lombok to four times per week. These flights are not only convenient for those residing in Singapore but also offer a smooth connection from almost anywhere in the world via Singapore to Lombok. The flight itself is only 2.5 hours.
Furthermore, the increased number of flights will help accommodate the high demand for travel during the peak tourism season from June to September. Since some hotels and villas are already fully booked during the off-season, it is recommended to secure your accommodations soon if you plan to visit Lombok during the peak months.
Flights are operating on:
Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
