In our recent Sustainability Webinar, our Solar Power Consultant, Marc Pop gave a brief overview of options for energy-efficient technology, which can also be incorporated into villa designs.
Samara Bay already has smooth paved road access to every land plot, and multiple villas nearing completion. Our Samara Bay Clubhouse, positioned on the hilltop with 360 degree views of the ocean, will begin construction next month.

Community Empowerment is a core pillar of our approach to sustainability at Samara Lombok, along with honoring our environment through organic farming and the use of energy-efficient technology.
We are pleased to share the latest progress of our Hospitality School at Samara Hills built in partnership with Bamboo Lab. Constructed entirely from local bamboo, the artistically crafted, eco-sensitive design blends seamlessly into our natural surroundings. This open-air learning space gazes out over the ocean and will be accessible by winding trails, ideal for scenic walks, jogging and cycling.
