Welcome to our June update, where we have welcomed many international guests to the site from Singapore, Australia, France, the UK, USA, Canada and beyond. At Samara Lombok, we are trying to create a destination built around a community of like-minded people who enjoy meeting and interacting with the local community and surrounding activities to provide unique and enriched experiences based on community empowerment within beautiful surroundings.
Meanwhile, on site, construction is making good progress with now around 15km of concrete roads installed as well as the construction of facilities at both Samara Bay and Samara Hills continues to make headway. Furthermore, our food and education programme with the local villages is growing by the month.

Samara Bay Clubhouse Overview
Our Samara Bay Clubhouse is the hub of our Samara Bay site and construction is making good progress with steel structure installation and infinity pool groundwork going swimmingly! The plan is to have the roof on the building in the coming weeks and then begin works on the interior facilities including a fine-dining restaurant, bar, sunset terrace, gym, spa and two infinity pools.

We are starting construction this month on our Samara Bay Clubhouse Suites which we see as a huge benefit to both land and villa owners. The location has been carefully selected to nestle into the side of a hill below the Clubhouse and enjoys stunning ocean views from every room. We plan to market the Suites and Clubhouse internationally from the beginning of next year which we hope will bring significant global attention and interest to the whole of the Samara Lombok community. The Samara Bay Clubhouse Suites will also act as a central facilities hub for all Samara Bay villas including in-villa dining, transport, concierge and many more facilities you would expect from an international hotel as well as offer preferential bookings for all Samara Lombok land plot and villa owners.

Our Samara Hills Farm-To-Table concept is a serene oasis and the heart of our sustainability project where boundless natural beauty meets a new level of luxury.
