New Launch! Samara Hills A Plots
The newly launched south and southwest facing ‘A Plots’ at Samara Hills offer full ocean and sunset views, enhanced by Samara Farm Park’s tropical gardens and rice paddy fields in the foreground.

Every plot will have paved road access, water and electricity connection points. As with all Samara land plots, these can be retained as a pure capital gain with forecasting 20% land appreciation over the next 12 months; or will be construction – ready by April 2021 for those interested in building.

We’ve been very fortunate to be able to continue to progress on schedule this year at Samara Lombok thanks to a strong local presence on the ground. We now have five villas under construction at Samara Bay, and an additional 20 villas under design across Samara Bay and Samara Hills.
With the installation of 5km of smooth, concrete roads this year, we’ve added a new level of accessibility to our remote tropical paradise. We’ve also added multiple water and electricity connection points across both sites.
The highly anticipated launch of the new Samara Beach Studios has of course been a very exciting new opportunity this year.

In closing, we’ve included a sneak preview of what’s to come at Samara Lombok next year:
✦ Restaurant, Bar and Day Club coming soon to Samara Bay with spectacular ocean views and 5-star facilities for all Samara Lombok plots owners to enjoy.
✦ Phase II of the Samara Farm Park will be set in motion with a new Sustainability Team set to join The Samara Project in 2021. This will include the installation of solar power, a water irrigation plan, our first rice crop and the planting of our fruit orchard.
✦ 12 additional plot owners are scheduled to begin building at the start of 2021.
