SNEAK PEEK ON OUR COOKING SCHOOL
At Samara Lombok, sustainability is at the core of everything we do, from our eco-friendly design and infrastructure to our deep-rooted commitment to supporting the local community. This dedication is embodied in our Cooking School, located at Samara Hills, offering the local community the chance to apprentice as chefs, providing invaluable hands-on experience and the opportunity for full-time employment at Samara Lombok.
In addition to empowering the local community, once the resort is operational, the Cooking School will enhance our guest experience by offering cooking classes where guests can learn to create a variety of international and local dishes. Using fresh ingredients sourced directly from our Organic Gardens, these classes will give guests a true farm-to-table experience.
