Pictured above is one of our first villas at Samara Bay, scheduled to complete in August this year. We work with a team of seasoned experts who specialize in architecture, development and construction management specifically in Indonesia, ensuring that our villas are not only aesthetically pleasing, but meticulously designed and constructed for our hillside location. This allows every villa to enjoy elevated, panoramic ocean views in the generous embrace of our wild, natural environment.
Renders of future villa designs scheduled to start construction this year
This year, we’re scheduled to begin construction on 15 additional villas at Samara Bay, as well as the Samara Bay Clubhouse and the first 8 villas at Samara Hills. We have a range of chic luxury villa concepts designed optimally for our location, and also offer complete flexibility to work with your own team of architects and designers. Our Organic Gardens are flourishing at Samara Hills thanks to the expert guidance of Wouter Eggermont, Executive Head Chef of Viceroy Bali. The first group of Samara Lombok gardeners have already returned from their training at the Viceroy Bali as part of our exciting new partnership, bringing back with them sustainable, organic gardening practices. This will ensure our clients, restaurants and Lombok community have access to clean, locally-grown produce on-site. As a villa-owner, you will also have the option to incorporate fruits and vegetables in a customizable landscaping package so you can pick your own produce fresh from your very own garden.
Hospitality School

We are delighted to announce a new partnership with Bamboo Lab, who will begin building the first phase of our Hospitality School at Samara Hills next month. The vision for the school is to provide members of the local community with the necessary skills and training to thrive as Lombok emerges from the shadow of Bali, already on pace to become the next tourism hotspot. Echoing our ethos of sustainability and community empowerment, Bamboo Lab sources all materials from the island and provides employment opportunities for our local community.
It’s no wonder bamboo has become a symbol for strength, resilience and living in harmony with nature. Bamboo is an incredibly eco-friendly choice of building material as it self-regenerates and is also one of the fastest-growing plants on earth. Our artistically crafted bamboo Hospitality School will be nestled between tropical fruit trees and our organic vegetable garden, situated adjacent to our Samara Hills plots, gazing out towards sweeping ocean views.
