Weโve secured all flat land at the entrance of Samara Hills to enhance guest arrival, create a sports and wellness zone, and protect hillside views. A new, more direct access road is now under development to improve site connectivity.
The Samara Bay Clubhouse is advancing well, with walls going up and mock-ups in progress for the sunset pool lounge and deck. The Clubhouse Suites’ glass faรงade is complete, and interior mock-ups are setting the design benchmark. Foundations have also begun for the Farm-to-Table Restaurant.

Wings Air has launched a new direct route connecting Lombok and Labuan Bajo, two of the archipelagoโs most iconic destinations. Operating three times weekly, this new connection allows travellers to seamlessly combine unforgettable experiences โ from diving with manta rays in Labuan Bajo to discovering Lombokโs waterfalls and pristine beaches โ all without transiting through Jakarta or Bali.
Beyond convenience, the route is expected to drive growth for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and support local hospitality and creative sectors. Tourism stakeholders view this improved connectivity as part of Indonesiaโs sustainable tourism strategy, distributing development beyond Java and Bali.
