PLOTS OF THE MONTH
Samara Hills W14

Samara Hills Plot W14, a recently released plot, overlooks our Organic Gardens onto the ocean beyond and offers full sunset views. Our design philosophy focuses on maintaining a consistent design thread throughout the resort by combining modern architecture and locally sourced materials with sensitive interior design. By implementing cohesive and high design standards, we ensure that all villas and facilities are in keeping with a luxury resort.
This establishment of carefully curated design standards across the entire resort will also guarantee key advantages such as cost efficiencies in construction, fit-out and maintenance due to economies of scale, and enhanced marketability of rentals leading to higher returns.

We continue to make significant construction progress across facilities on both sites, with roof construction preparations at Samara Bay Clubhouse; inclusive of upscale amenities from infinity pools, a top-tier fitness centre, to a restaurant and bar perfect for sunset cocktails and connecting with a vibrant, like-minded community.
Tile installation preparations are also well underway at our Farm Store in Samara Hills, part of Tiga Kelapa, where the space will showcase locally-sourced organic produce available for guests to purchase.
