LATEST CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
As we move through the year, we’re excited to share continued momentum on several key developments across our masterplan.
At Samara Bay, work on the Clubhouse Suites is progressing with great focus. We are currently finalising the interior room mock-up and have advanced the glass finishing stage. This mock-up will serve as the benchmark for all future suites, ensuring that every unit meets the same high standards of quality and design.
Meanwhile, over at Samara Hills Hotel, significant headway has been made with the installation of locally-sourced Lombok stone on the building’s exterior, as well as the placement of the wooden ceiling. Infrastructure is also taking shape, with road concreting works underway—aiming for completion in the coming months to enhance access to the hotel site.
Additionally, we’re making steady progress on the main entrance road to Samara Hills, which remains on track for completion by Q4 this year. This crucial development will provide smoother and more convenient access to the entire hillside estate.
