NEW DIRECT AUSTRALIA TO LOMBOK FLIGHTS ANNOUNCED
In 2024, Lombok’s tourism prospects are poised for unprecedented growth with the introduction of new direct flight routes between Lombok and Australia. Australian airline Airnorth plans to establish a direct Lombok-Darwin route, complemented by Lion Air’s new route connecting Lombok to Perth, enhancing connectivity between the two regions. Both routes are expected to commence by this year. Garuda Indonesia is bolstering domestic travel with increased Jakarta-Lombok flights, totalling 16 times a week.
These significant developments herald a new era for Lombok adding to the existing international routes from Kuala Lumpur and Singapore cementing Lombok’s status as a premier destination in Southeast Asia.
