And to celebrate this launch, we are offering our first two villas that are ready to start construction next month the opportunity to spread out the payments of the villa over a 5-year term. Thereby the owners can benefit from a lifestyle experience of living in the villa or renting out the villa and earning rental income for 3 years before the final payment is due.

Current Clubhouse construction progress
Both B44 and B6 villas are located at our Samara Bay site where the Clubhouse construction is making good progress and will offer a gym, spa, restaurant, bar and swimming pool for all villa owners and their guests to enjoy.
Rice Harvest – Food for School Attendance!

At Samara Lombok, we take a holistic approach to sustainability, focused on community empowerment initiatives and working hand-in-hand with our community to preserve the local environment and empower the local population to help them help themselves.
Last month we completed our first organic rice harvest and distributed all of the harvest to both our Samara Lombok staff and the local communities. We also run a food distribution programme out of our school (pictured above) whereby any employee or local villager who attends one of our classes receives a free food parcel (organically grown on site) to take back to their families.

Our Plot of the Month – Samara Bay B4 is an idyllic setting to enjoy the pristine natural beauty of Samara Bay, situated with fantastic ocean views to the south over-looking Torok Beach. This expansive piece of land can accommodate a large four-bedroom villa with a spacious garden and swimming pool or the current signature design of B6 (pictured above) that is next door. As a villa owner, you are able to step out of your door and up to the Samara Bay Clubhouse which is currently under construction or take a walk through the rice paddies in front of the plot to the white sandy beach beyond.

Successful launch of Indonesia’s First MotoGP event after 25 years
March also saw the successful debut of Lombok’s inaugural MotoGP event, attracting the last crowds with the eyes of the world drawn to Lombok and Indonesia. The race was won by Miguel Oliveira and the general consensus was a job well done and the start of a very bright future for the Government-backed Mandalika project, a huge tourism development initiative that spans hotels, restaurants, marinas, golf courses and much more around 25 minutes to the east of Samara Lombok.
