Samara Hills Hotel – Soft Opening Underway

Clean-lined rooms, open terraces, and stone-walled bathrooms look out toward the bay, offering a calm, understated place to stay above the coastline
We are pleased to share that Samara Hills Hotel has officially soft-launched for internal operations, serving as a live training environment for our hospitality team as we establish world-class service standards ahead of the hotel’s full opening.
Hospitality operations are being developed in parallel, with dedicated service teams, personal concierge support, and on-site golf buggy transportation now in place. New team members across Culinary, Housekeeping, Front Office, and F&B Service have completed intensive training in preparation for upcoming soft launch phases.
In the coming months, guests will be able to stay at the heart of the development, experience the surrounding landscapes, and gain a deeper understanding of the lifestyle, hospitality standards, and design philosophy that shape the wider project.
Rasa Restaurant – Sunset Dinner Trial

Progress at Rasa Restaurant continues steadily, with all kitchen equipment now installed and operational. The team recently completed a sunset dinner trial, marking a key step toward opening readiness. Final fit-out and furniture installation to follow, with finishing standards to be completed in the next phase.
This phase allows our culinary and service teams to refine workflows, menu presentation, and guest experience, ensuring that when Rasa welcomes diners, it reflects the same level of care and attention seen across the rest of the estate.
Festive Season at Kelapa Restaurant

Kelapa Restaurant Christmas & New Year brunch
The year closed on a high note with our Christmas and New Year brunches at Kelapa Restaurant, where guests gathered to celebrate, dine, and spend time within the Samara Lombok setting.
Many chose to extend the experience by staying overnight, turning the festive events into a full resort-style stay. Behind the scenes, our hospitality team continues their training and development journey, refining service standards and guest experience as part of the broader vision for Samara’s lifestyle offering.
Construction Update
Construction across the estate remains on track, with visible progress on multiple villa sites. In particular, interior works at S10 are shaping up well, highlighting the material palette and spatial flow that define Samara’s design approach.

Regional Access & Travel Updates

Connectivity to Lombok continues to improve, strengthening access for owners, guests, and visitors:
Scoot Airlines has announced an increase in Singapore–Lombok (SIN–LOP) return flights from 4 to 10 times per week, offering greater flexibility and convenience for international travel.
TransNusa has officially launched direct flights from Bali to Lombok using an Airbus A320, whilst the airline has also announced plans to resume international routes from Darwin and Perth to Lombok, further expanding access from Australia.
These developments reflect growing regional interest and support Lombok’s position as an increasingly connected destination.
Experience Samara Lombok
Samara Lombok offers immersive daily site visit tours for prospective owners, complete with airport transfers and a full exploration of available plots. During your visit, you can dine at Kelapa Restaurant — a relaxed, welcoming space serving fresh dishes and drinks made with ingredients sourced from on-site organic gardens — or take a guided landscape walking tour through the lush gardens of Samara Hills, uncovering hidden natural beauty along the way.
Rejuvenate at the cliff-top spa, where panoramic ocean views and the sound of crashing waves set the scene for signature treatments including body therapies, facials, and reflexology. You can also get hands-on with the organic garden experience, connecting directly with the sustainable practices at the heart of the Samara lifestyle.
Beyond the property itself, Samara Lombok is deeply rooted in its local community. Visitors can explore a range of social initiatives — from school programs and equality projects to waste management, hospitality training, and a community food delivery program — reflecting the development’s broader commitment to empowering the people and environment around it.
