Our first two villas have completed construction at Samara Bay; both equipped with spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, panoramic ocean views, private infinity pools and interior installations.
As the first four villas complete construction at Samara Bay, with many more in the design phase scheduled to break ground soon, we are witnessing the vision of our renders brought to life.
While there is no obligation to build, many of our clients are taking advantage of the opportunity to own a luxurious villa with panoramic ocean vistas. When it comes to building, what sets Samara Lombok apart, aside from our premium land plots, is complete flexibility. We offer our clients the option to either select from our Samara Design Range, perfectly adapted to the topography of our sites, or create your own villa design. You can choose to work with our team of award-winning architects, designers and construction project managers, or contract your own team.
Once villas enter the construction phase, a dedicated project manager is assigned to each client, keeping you up-to-date with construction progress in real-time via photos and videos.

We now have a dedicated space at Samara Bay with customisable landscaping packages, allowing you to enhance the natural beauty of your plot with a colourful selection of tropical vegetation. Our organic gardening team at Samara Hills will also assist with planting tropical fruit trees and vegetables, so you can grow your own chemical-free produce in your backyard.
Clubhouse Construction is Underway

The team has been hard at work laying the foundation for the Samara Bay Clubhouse this month. Situated at high elevation, this chic hangout will enjoy spectacular 360 degree views of South Lombok’s pristine coastline, complete with infinity pools, a luxury gym, restaurant and bar. Between the unparalleled location, worldclass wine and cocktail menu and convivial atmosphere, we have no doubt that the Samara Bay Clubhouse will be the place to be in South Lombok for sunset cocktails and networking with a vibrant, like-minded community. The Clubhouse is just a short stroll away from our Clubhouse Plots, where villa owners can also choose to retreat to their own private oasis, embraced by lush tropical surroundings. Organic Gardens at Samara Hills
Samara Hills is home to our Organic Gardens, Greenhouse, Plant Nursery, Hospitality School, and winding trails for hiking, cycling and jogging.
Our Samara Hills site is transforming into a restorative sanctuary, flourishing with natural beauty thanks to the expert guidance of our General Manager of Hospitality, Landscaping & Organic Gardens, Wouter Eggermont, former Executive Head Chef of the award-winning, five star luxury hotel, Viceroy Bali.
This month, we have been laying trails made from repurposed limestone from our land, which will soon connect land plots to the Organic Gardens (where chemical-free produce is grown), the Greenhouse, Plant Nursery and Hospitality School. These trails are ideal for hiking, cycling or jogging between green rolling hills and the pristine white sand beach below.

Newly paved roads at Samara Hills make it possible to travel with ease while still experiencing the unspoiled wilderness of Samara Lombok’s pristine, rugged coastline.
