We are pleased to update you on news from the ground in the last month where we have started construction on two hotels and also continue to make good progress with the construction of our facilities and villas.

Samara Bay Clubhouse Suites

Construction has now started on our Samara Bay Clubhouse Suites which are located beneath the Clubhouse at the top of our Samara Bay Site. This 38-room hotel enjoys stunning ocean views from every room with each room size designed as a Junior Suite or higher in terms of room category.
Our two Presidential Suites (pictured above) enjoy panoramic ocean views and will offer five-star accommodation adjacent to our Samara Bay Clubhouse – home to our signature restaurant, bar, spa, gym and day club.
The staffing and management of the Samara Bay Clubhouse Suites will also provide hotel-standard services to all Samara Bay villas and their guests including room service, housekeeping, laundry and concierge services.

Samara Hills Hospitality Hotel

This is a boutique 10-room hotel nestled within our 10 Hectare Organic Gardens estate. The hotel is designed amidst heavy tropical landscaping with complete privacy overlooking our fruit and vegetable gardens.
This hospitality hotel will start life as a home for conservationists and teachers in our hospitality school who will help give back to our local community in terms of providing educational services and support to our Samara Lombok staff and hospitality school students.
The hotel also acts as a training centre for our hospitality school where students can enjoy practical work experience to enable them to finish their hospitality diploma to then hopefully get a salaried job at our facilities and villas within the Samara Lombok estate.

Construction of our 2nd batch of villas is well underway at Samara Bay. In addition to the four completed villas, we have started foundations on a further ten villas. All villas at Samara Bay will be managed by the same operations team that manage the Samara Bay Clubhouse Suites.
Construction of the Samara Bay Clubhouse continues to make good progress with the roof structure having started installation as well as the foundations of the Samara Bay Clubhouse Suites nearly complete. All Samara Lombok land plots and villa owners will enjoy special rates on the accommodation as well as the food and beverage at the Samara Bay Clubhouse and Suites and indeed all future facilities within the Samara Lombok estate.

Samara Hills Construction Update

It’s been another busy month at Samara Hills. Our concrete roads are making good progress and the water and electricity installations have been completed which enables us to go into the next phase of construction development as our infrastructure development nears completion.
This month has seen the start of our Farm Shop and Spa construction and the continuation of our villa construction as well as our land plot enabling works. These enabling works are now included in every plot ensuring all plots will be construction ready thereby reducing future disruption to the site as well as reducing construction timelines and cost (since it is easier and cheaper to build on a flat land plot).

Our Plot of the Month – Samara Bay P2 – is the idyllic setting to enjoy the pristine natural beauty of Samara Bay, situated with breathtaking ocean views to the south overlooking Torok Beach. Both of these expansive plots can accommodate a large four-bedroom villa with a spacious garden and swimming pool or one of Samara’s signature villa designs. As a villa owner, you are able to step out of your door and up to the Samara Bay Clubhouse which is currently under construction or take a walk through the rice paddies in front of the plot to the white sandy beach beyond.

One of the local school’s Organic Gardens that we are working with yielded its first harvest and was given to the elderly in the community.
We also provide a direct line of communication with our Sales Director via WhatsApp Broadcasts.
