It is with great excitement that we share we have broken ground on the new Samara Bay Clubhouse, one of the many facilities available to our owners and their guests. Perched at the highest elevation point of our Samara Bay site, the Clubhouse’s restaurant, bar, gym, spa and swimming pool all gaze out over panoramic views of the ocean. With construction already underway, we are planning for the Clubhouse to be operational by December 2022.

As of this month we have planted nearly 5,000 trees at Samara Hills, a flourishing oasis with organic gardens, a plant nursery, greenhouse, and Hospitality School made entirely of bamboo. We are pleased to share that our Hospitality School is on track to complete in August, and our Greenhouse is nearing completion.
The abundance of vegetation which has been planted over the past several months not only fulfills our sustainability vision, but creates an atmosphere of awe-inspiring natural beauty for villa owners to come home to. These newly planted trees, as with a variety of local herbs and vegetables will be available for landscaping packages to personalise new villa builds across both of our two sites.
