Welcome to our May update. Now is the perfect time to plan a holiday to Lombok. The skies are blue; the seas are turquoise, and the beaches are golden! Samara Bay Overview
Samara Bay aerial shots where the site infrastructure is close to completion and we have significant construction in progress as well as a landscaping team to help green up the site again.
Our Samara Bay site is around 25 Hectares in size and where infrastructure works for the project first started. The focal point of this site will be our Samara Bay Clubhouse perched towards the top of the hill and currently under construction. This area will act as a Day Club for all Samara Lombok owners to enjoy as well as service the everyday needs of our Samara Bay villa owners and their guests to utilise, including room service, 24-hour concierge and daily housekeeping and turn-down service.

Planned construction to start before the end of the year:
✧ 40-room hotel

Samara Hills Overview

Our Samara Hills site is around 75 Hectares in size and is set in a very tropical, serene and peaceful location perched on top of a hill with stunning views towards two local bays. The focal point of this site will be our Samara Hills Farm-To-Table destination where our Farm Shop, stuffed full of local fresh, homegrown organic produce, will begin construction next month. And then later, a Farm-To-Table Restaurant and sunset bar set in 1 Hectare of lush tropical gardens, will create a truly unique and peaceful environment to watch the world go by.

Samara Bay Clubhouse Bar Design
The interior design and bar design team behind Burnt Ends (photo above) have been hired to design our sunset bar at Samara Bay Clubhouse
We have teamed up with EC Proof and Emma Maxwell to begin the design of our sunset bar at Samara Bay. These guys are behind some of the leading bar and restaurants including Burnt Ends in Singapore and we are excited to share designs in the coming months.
Samara Hills Farm Shop

Our Samara Hills Farm Shop is designed with future villa owners and their guests in mind. Over the last 12 months, we have planted over 3 million organic seeds, shrubs and trees within the Samara Hills Organic Gardens that stretch over 10 Hectares of tropical gardens with walking, biking and golf buggy trails linking the estate.
Our Farm Shop will be home to a daily market of fresh, homegrown fruits, vegetables, chutneys, relishes as well as breads, coffee and all the useful supplies that you would expect from a deli-supermarket including toothpastes, wine and beer! And whilst our first villas are under construction, the Farm Shop will double as our on-site Project Management Office where you can meet the team and review maps, plans, facility designs and as well as reviewing all existing villa designs and photos.

Our Plot of the Month – W16 is nestled in the heart of Samara Hills’ Organic Gardens, where lush greenery surrounds the plot. W16 boasts full views of the gardens as well as uninterrupted views of Pengantap Beach. This spacious plot stretches between two paved roads making it easily accessible whilst being able to accommodate a large 6-bedroom villa with an infinity pool and generous garden space.
