Construction Progress of Samara Bay Clubhouse

Our Samara Bay Clubhouse is making good progress with the roof about to go on. This is on track for completion next year and will be a hangout for all Samara Lombok plot owners, villa owners and their guests to enjoy. In progress is a bar and restaurant concept that we are excited to share before the end of this year.

Rascal Voyages
COME AND CRUISE INDONESIA BY LUXURY BOAT THIS OCTOBER
Our sister company is called Rascal Voyages and is home to luxury cruises across the Indonesian archipelago. We have some limited availability for individual cabin bookings (king-size beds with private en-suite bathrooms) this coming October where we will be cruising around the Spice Islands where we will be exploring some of the world’s most magical marine protected areas including Raja Ampat and Ambon.

We have already made significant progress to our concrete road construction, allowing easy access to every land plot. With over 15km of internal access roads paved already this year alone, we can now facilitate the next phase of the development through enabling easy access for the machines for villa construction and the building of our facilities.

Enabling Works Around The Site

Our Enabling Works packages are designed to save time and money on villa construction as well as add value to the land plot. This can save up to USD100,000 in villa build costs and up to 3 months off villa construction timelines as well as add as much as 20% in value to the land plot to either build a villa in the future or sell on the plot with one of our Signature villa designs.
✧ We have developed a plan to speed up construction by doing villa enabling works that can start as soon as the villa design is known.
✧ We have completed villa enabling works on 28 plots to date.
✧ We also have a land plot enhancement plan including cutting the land to either build yourself or sell on the land as construction-ready along with our Signature villa designs. This can also appreciate the value of the land by as much as 20% by making the plot construction-ready and landscaping the perimeter to make the plot more attractive.
✧ We have completed 18 land plot enhancement packages to date.
Currently, we have 4 completed villas with 20 being constructed this year and another 20 in the next year. While there is no obligation to build on your land plot, we offer complete flexibility and the support of an award-winning team for those interested in building a villa. Spa Concept at Samara Hills and New Farm Shop Renders

Located on top of Samara Hill’s headland, the spa concept will have a stunning view of the whole stretch of the pristine Pengantap Beach. Here you’ll be able to indulge in a relaxing, five-star treatment for all your senses with the soothing sound of the waves and fall in a deep state of zen as you gaze down onto the ocean.

Construction of the Farm Shop is well underway as bore piles are going in. Situated in the Farm-to-Table Concept area, the Farm Shop will be home to a daily market of organic, homegrown fruits, vegetables, freshly baked loaves of bread and much more!
The Farm Shop will double as our on-site Project Management Office where you can meet the team and review maps, plans, facility designs and as well as reviewing all existing villa designs and photos.

Our Plot of the Month – W4 is nestled in the heart of Samara Hills’ Organic Gardens, where lush greenery surrounds the plot. W4 boasts full views of the gardens as well as uninterrupted views of Pengantap Beach. This spacious plot stretches between two paved roads making it easily accessible whilst being able to accommodate a large 6-bedroom villa with an infinity pool and generous garden space. The plot also benefits immediate access to all the facilities we have to offer such as a Farm-to-Table restaurant concept, sunset bar, spa & wellness and walking/biking trails meandering through the gardens all the way down to the beach as well as a short walk to the Farm Shop.

Community Empowerment – Women Empowerment Workshop

The Workshop provided a platform for the participants to share and raise awareness of their challenges as women in the local community. The Workshop also introduced them to new business opportunities creating new beauty products using natural ingredients such as aloe vera, cucumbers and tomatoes. Our aim is to reduce the use of harmful chemical products, to inspire a healthier community, and to drive self-esteem and productivity.
Our plan is to have 10 workshops with the same group of women on various topics over the coming weeks. Through our range of topics and activities, we hope to give participants confidence, increased self-reliance, new skills and information to access a new range of employment opportunities so that they are able to make the best decisions for themselves. These women will also join our English classes at Samara’s Hospitality School.
Stay Up-To-Date
Above we see the harvest of the local’s organic farm, producing over 30kgs of fresh, chemical-free produce. We are working together with the local community for them to adopt our Organic Farming techniques and implement them on their own farm.
